The staff are very easily understood and very professional the right attitude and a positive work attitude kind friendly and understanding. Nothing is too hard for them excellent experience always. I couldn’t rate my first appointment with Power Medical more highly. Normally when you go to the doctors, they’re always running behind.. but my doctor was bang on time with no fuss. Reception ladies/staff were lovely and I was out of there quickly.

I recently registered at Power Medical and the service I received was very professional and friendly. I had my first appointment with Dr Dan Crowley today and was really impressed with his attention and thoroughness. I feel very confident going forward and am so pleased I chose this practice, since moving down South to retire.

I am a senior person, recovered from cancer and could not ask for more professional care, from my doctor Anna King and extremely efficient, patient and caring staff. Every visit has left me peaceful and assured of the care I am getting. I highly recommend for female and general age related isues. Thank you all.

On holiday in Busselton when needed to get a prescription, having left original at home in Perth. At short notice, was given appointment at 9.10am on a Sunday. Efficient admin quickly processed me as a new patient then seen by Dr at exact time. Dr was very friendly and helpful. All made for great experience thanks to all staff.

Dr Jess Grabham is the best. She doesn't rush and is always their to hear what you have to say. She is such a brilliant doctor and is so caring too. We are so lucky that she decided to come to Busselton, WA

I moved to Australia during the COVID pandemic, from the USA and sought medical services fat Power medical. I received friendly and competent welcome from the reception staff, especially one lady that always remembered my name. Since I have received outstanding care and treatment from the doctors and nurses.
